Better AI
With Pirate Code 2 we started development with the AI! The new AI checks every possible move and grades the outcomes to pick the best possible choice. It’s going to push you to try new strategies. Not every battle can be won by pure strength. Choose you battles wisely. Do you have what it takes to survive?
Ship Upgrades
Based on feedback, we’ve reimagined how ship upgrades work. Each ship starts the same and upgrades can be applied in different ways such as upgrading the hull for more life or the number cannons for better attacks. Ship mods further customize the stats of the ship to build the prefect fleet!
Open Roguelite Worlds
Instead of a single long campaign, Pirate Code 2 allows you to generate a world and play through a much shorter story. Then take your loot, purchase bonuses, and try again. Your next run will have different upgrades, islands and bosses. Be prepared for the story to take different turns as well.
